Shipping of your package
Packages are usually shipped within 35 days after payment has been received. They are shipped via COLISSIMO service with a tracking number and handed upon signature. We will send a validation link for your order so you can track your package online.
The shipping costs include the preparation and packing costs as well as the shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.
The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and all items are properly protected.
